OK...On a more serious note, here's a little autumn treat that is fun and tasty!
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
It seems such a shame to waste all those seeds left over from baking or carving your pumpkins at this time of year. Not only are they healthy for you, but delicious by themselves or added to salads.
Once you have removed them from the pumpkin, rinse and dry them well. Air dry them for at least 3 hours, then place them on a baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes, at 350 degrees.
Another delicious way would be to toss them with a small amount of olive oil, after air drying them, and bake them for 20 minutes. You can also use your favorite spices to give them a little more kick. One of my favs is using Cajun spices.
Bon Appetit!

That link was great!! I took the liberty of forwarding it to some of my friends, I hope you don't mind. I'm going to try the pumpkin seed recipies this year. I just wish the pumpkins I planted in my garden had grown so I could use their seeds
Anyhoo, Have a blessed day ~kelisia
What a great recipe, especially now with the first frost outside! I love Fall:)
That was great! I screamed! And those pumpkin seeds are great, we used to make them every year.
